2007 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
Aquesta Bank held its second annual Shareholders Meeting on May 15, 2007 at the Peninsula Club in Cornelius.
CEO Jim Engel introduced shareholders to the staff at Aquesta, and gave updates on the bank's continued financial growth. He updated the group on the new headquarters building in Cornelius, and the progress being made on the Davidson branch.
Board members Greg Biffle, Jim Borders, John Doody, Paul Dougovito and Jon Dressler were re-elected to Aquesta's Board of Directors. The meeting was well-attended, and gave shareholders an inside look into the success of the bank.
